The hotel was brilliant for the two nights we stayed there, very close to Coral Island Arcade making it very central. The staff were very accommodating, and in the morning, we walked downstairs to the dining room and were greeted warmly by staff and other guests for a lovely full English breakfast, fresh orange juice, and coffee, as well as toast and cereal. However, after refurbishment, the room was a bit bare, and we hoped for an upgrade to a newer room.

The location was fantastic, just behind Coral Island, making it very central for shops, Winter Gardens, the tower, and the seafront. Close to all local amenities, right in the heart of Blackpool. The friendly staff were helpful, and the lovely breakfast was a great start to the day.

The hotel offers a large stylish double room with excellent bedding and a flat-screen TV, but it can get too hot, although there is a fan. The room didn't match the online photos and felt a bit small with limited space, although the kids had a great room.

The rooms are modern and staff members are friendly, but the noise from the deliveries and bin collection starting early in the morning might disturb your sleep. Overall, a great spot for exploring Blackpool with minor noise inconvenience.
